The Launch of BBC2

The exact date was given on the question sheet as 20 April 1964. (According to Wikipedia it was 21 April 1964.)

Also according to Wikipedia, the name of BBC2 was officially changed to BBC Two in October 1997. (Not a critcism of the question; I'm just saying!)
